That’s the finding of a report from PeopleKeep. Individual Coverage Health Savings Accounts (ICHRAs), which reimburse employees for their individually-obtained health coverage, up to the limits set by the employer. The report found that 90% of employers plan to renew their ICHRA benefit for 2022. The reason: ICHRAs allow employees to choose the coverage best for them. #IdeaoftheDay
