How did the pandemic affect employees’ work life?

ADP’s People at Work 2021 survey contains some very interesting results. One in 7 workers are actively trying to move into a new industry they view as “future proof.” Women are less likely than men to take advantage of flexible work arrangements (52% versus 58%).
