The EEOC released a new version of the Know Your Rights poster. It lists workplace laws that employees should know about, including rights on nondiscrimination, equal pay, and disability. The new poster includes a QR code that employees can scan to get instructions on filing claims with the EEOC for workplace discrimination. If you fail to display the new poster “in a conspicuous location in the workplace,” you may be subject to penalties. #IdeaoftheDay
