Pure Leaf wants to bring Tea Breaks back to organizations and has a grant program for this purpose. Businesses must have at least 10 employees but fewer than 250 and gross revenue of less than $20 million in both 2022 and 2023. Grants are $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000, depending on the number of employees. In a limited number of words, present your ideas about tea breaks, and how they can foster a healthier workplace culture and meet the program’s guiding principles.
