The House passed two bills that could provide you with assistance for using AI in your business. The AI for Mainstreet Act (H.R. 5764) would help small businesses evaluate and implement the use of AI to improve their operations and competitiveness. The Artificial Intelligence Wisdom for Innovative Small Enterprises (AI-WISE) Act (H.R. 5784) would require the SBA to establish and maintain educational resources and modules on artificial intelligence tools. The modules would help small businesses understand AI and how to identify, evaluate, and manage the risks of AI. The measures have not yet been voted on in the Senate.
