The stock market and most government offices are closed today because of the holiday (and the virus). So too are many churches closed today due to COVID-19, although many are holding online services. During this period of crisis, regardless of your religious beliefs, consider the words of Methodist pastor Rev. Dr. Peola Hicks: “Good Friday is a day of hope. It is a day where we look forward to a brighter tomorrow.”
