eBay has a new program called Up and Running to enable small businesses to launch a basic eBay Store for free for 3 months. It’s an accelerator program in which selling fees are waived, allowing these new businesses to sell up to 500 items for free. These new sellers will also receive guidance and resources (e.g., a suite of exclusive marketing and merchandise tools).
