According to the Flexible Work Arrangements 2017 Survey Results, 94% of all U.S. businesses offer some sort of flexible work arrangements. These include flexible hours to accommodate special circumstances (92%), flexible hours with alternative starting and quitting dates (87%), and telecommuting (74%). The survey found that nearly half (45%) had more workers telecommuting than during the 2 previous years.
