In June the Federal Reserve announced the Main Street Lending Program designed to support lending to small and mid-sized businesses. The Program will operate through 3 facilities: the Main Street New Loan Facility (MSNLF), the Main Street Priority Loan Facility (MSPLF), and the Main Street Expanded Loan Facility (MSELF). There are lengthy FAQs (you have to download them) if you want to learn more. There’s no date mentioned when lending will begin.
