If you have 100 or more employees or are a federal contractor or first-tier subcontractor with 50 or more employees and a federal contract, subcontract, or purchase order of $50,000 or more, you must file the annual federal survey (2018 EEO-1) with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission by May 31, 2019. The original due date of March 31, 2019, was extended because of the government shutdown in January. The report requires you to provide employment data characterized by race/ethnicity, gender, and job category.
