If you’re an applicable large employer (ALE) subject to the employer mandate, you have more time to give employees their Form 1095-C for 2019. The usual deadline is the same as the W-2 deadline (January 31), but the IRS extended it to March 2, 2020. There’s no added time to file a transmittal of the form with the IRS. This remains February 28, 2020, or March 31, if filing electronically.
