The pandemic has changed the items for which employees are receiving reimbursements. According to the Certify SpendSmart™ Report, reimbursements for food delivery (e.g., Doordash; Grubhub) increased by 110% in the first half of 2020 as compared with the same period last year. But reimbursements for ride hailing (e.g., Uber; Lyft) was down by 32.7%.
