That’s the finding of the Eagle Hill Consulting Employee Retention Index for Q2 2024. It’s projecting “a period of high retention” in the second half of 2024. According to a Gallup, 2023 saw 16% of employees leave their jobs for better pay or benefits. Gallup also found that one out of two employees were open to leaving their jobs.
