Small businesses located in low-income communities may qualify for an advance of up to $10,000 under the SBA’s Targeted EIDL program. These funds are possible even for those that previously obtained an EIDL advance of less than $10,000 or who applied but received no funds due to lack of available program funding. You must demonstrate that there’s been a more than 30% reduction in revenue during an 8-week period beginning March 8, 2020, or later. How do you know if you’re locating in a qualifying area?
