On October 31, 2023, employers with 100 or more U.S. employees and federal contractors with 50 or more U.S. employees must submit the EEO-1 report to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). This report discloses the demographics of an employer’s workforce, including information on size, location, race or ethnicity, and gender. The data is from October 1 to December 31, 2022.
