On June 4, 2021, USCIS will dispose of E-Verify records that are more than 10 years old (those dated on or before Dec. 31, 2010). The initial deadline was May 14, but has been extended. E-Verify employers have until this date to download case information from the Historic Records Report if they want to retain information about these E-Verify cases.
