If your business is subject to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)—you have 50 or more employees—you must display a FMLA poster in your workplace. The DOL has released a new poster you can use. The DOL says the April 2016 and the February 2013 versions of the poster still fulfill the posting requirement, is if you already are displaying one of these, you don’t need the April 2023 version. #IdeaoftheDay
