The EEOC has guidance for employers to avoid discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. This guidance is consistent with an appellate court decision saying it was discriminatory to bar a transgender person from the bathroom of the person’s gender identity. The U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari, so that appellate court stands. #IdeaoftheDay
