Today is the deadline for furnishing Form 1095-C (if you’re an applicable large employer) or Form 1095-B if you’re a non-ALE but have a self-insured plan (e.g., health reimbursement arrangement) to employees. Copies must be transmitted to the IRS, accompanied by Form 1094-C or 1094-B; find instructions from the IRS. If you’re filing electronically, you have until March 31, 2018, to transmit the forms.
