Deadline Today for EEO-1 Data

Employers with more than 100 employees, as well as federal contractors with more than 50 employees, must submit workforce demographic information. It’s called the EEO-1. The deadline for data from 2019 and 2020 is today. The 2019 data submission was delayed because of COVID-19. It can be submitted electronically through the EEO-1 Component 1 Online Filing System. #IdeaoftheDay
