Employers must give employees their 2010 Forms 1095C (for applicable large employers with or without group plans) or 1095B (for self-insured plans). Usually these were due on January 31, but the IRS gave employers an extension. But transmittals of these forms to the IRS have a different date: It was February 28 if filing by paper or April 1 if filing electronically.
