Daylight Savings Time Ends

In most of the U.S. and Canada, Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 a.m. today. Clocks should be set back one hour. One of the reasons behind DST: use more natural light and conserve energy. However, Arizona and Hawaii are permanently on Standard Time. Florida voted to do the same, but this requires Congressional legislation to make it happen.
