The COVID-19 National Emergency, which began on March 18, 2020, ends today. This means that various actions related to employer health plans must be completed by the end of a 60-day extension period (July 10, 2023). For example, COBRA elections and premium payments are no longer tolled. Employer health plans must begin to give certain disclosure documents that were suspended during the emergency. #IdeaoftheDay
