Court Bars EPA from Privacy Disclosures

The Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit concluded that a farm association had standing to challenge the EPA’s legal authority to release the private home addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of farmers and ranchers. The NFIB filed an amicus brief on behalf of the association. The case now moves back to the district court for a determination on the merits.
