According to research from ExpertMarket.com, small businesses are working hard to stay connected to employees and customers. More than half (53% of employees have received weekly updates from their companies, while 27% have done so on a daily basis. The most common way to communicate with colleagues: email (73%), Zoom (66%), and Slack (60%). For customer communications, video calls and email were the most common, followed by telephone calls.
