Comment on DOE energy conservation standards?

The U.S. Department of Energy is conducting reviews of energy conservation standards for certain products (e.g., ceiling fan light kits). Comments from small businesses are invited on whether to amend efficiency standards and/or test procedures and whether it is technologically and economically justifiable to do so.
