Today is the start of National Fire Prevention Week (October 9 through 15) and it marks the 100th anniversary of the start of National Fire Prevention Week. The theme for this year: “Fire Won’t Wait; Plan Your Escape.” Take this time to look for fire hazards and check your smoke detectors, CO detectors, and fire exit lights in your facilities. Also check expiration dates on fire extinguishers. #IdeaoftheDay
