Today is the start of National Fire Prevention Week (October 4 through 19). The theme for this year: “Serve Up Fire Safety in the Kitchen.” Take this time to look for fire hazards and check your smoke detectors as well as CO detectors in your facilities. Also check expiration dates on fire extinguishers.
It's important to take care of ourselves and take steps to nourish ourselves--body, mind and soul. We may have to do this in different and creative ways now that many of us are staying at home. It's still important that we take time for ourselves. #selfcare #Health
