Association Health Plans (AHPs) allow businesses to join together to offer health coverage to their employees. The AHP rule that went into effect in 2018 has been rescinded by the U.S. DoL, effective 3 weeks from today (July 1). This means the pre-2018 AHP rule is back in force.
