Business Formation Remains Strong

March 2026 saw a record number of new business formations (nearly 625,000), and April’s number was 560,194, according to Registered Agents Inc. Year over year, formations are up 9%. A side hustle economy appears to be accelerating in response to rising costs and economic uncertainty. #IdeaoftheDay
