While Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting is currently required (the deadline for most businesses subject to BOI is March 21, 2025). But FinCEN says it won’t impose penalties until an interim rule becomes final and the applicable period has expired. FinCEN hopes the rule will become final by March 21st. #IdeaoftheDay
