Big Banks Approved 25% of Small Biz Loan Applications in October

According to Biz2Credit Small Business Lending Index for October, this is a post-recession record for lending by big bank ($10 million+ in assets). But approvals at small banks dipped to 48.9% (down from 49.1% in September).
