OSHA proposed a rule requiring the construction industry to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) that properly fits each worker. This means one-size-fits-all will no longer be acceptable because improperly fitting PPE may fail to provide protection to an employee, may present additional hazards, or may discourage workers from using the equipment in the workplace. For example, ill-fitting face shields for workers near hazardous chemicals may not protect them. #IdeaoftheDay
