The SBA says more than 1.4 million business start up, but 1.2 million close permanently. According to a report from Swoop Funding, Texas leads the states in being the best one in which to start a business this year. This is based on such factors as a cost-of-living index, sales tax, business survival rate, average hourly wage, cost of health insurance, average office rent, and more. Rounding out the top 5 states are Ohio, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Florida. #IdeaoftheDay
