As of June 2020, 42% of the U.S. workforce were remote workers (up from 8.2% in February). Obviously, COVID-19 is the impetus here. But telework likely will continue; we won’t return to pre-pandemic levels. According to a survey by LawnStarter, certain locations are better than others for remote workers, offering greater opportunity and higher earning potential, a better work environment, and conductivity.
