Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays

A number of states have back-to-school sales tax holidays. Florida’s holiday runs from tomorrow through August 11. Ohio extended its sales tax-free days—July 30 through August 8. But New Jersey repealed its sales tax holiday that would have run from August 24 through September 2. If you are a retailer, check for the sales tax rules in your state. #IdeaoftheDay
