A measure (H.R. 4523) introduced in the Congress would require employers (other than those with fewer than 10 employers or larger firms in business for less than 3 years) to maintain automatic retirement plans for employees. Contributions would be made by employees, not employers. Also the credit for starting a retirement plan would be increased. Chances of enactment? Who knows?
