Employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees must file an EEO-1 report each year with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The report includes information about employees’ sex, race/ethnicity, and job category. Employers may also provide data on employees as male or female, or non-binary.
