According to American Express OPEN’s Small Business Growth Pulse released earlier this month, 59% plan to hire new employees in the next 6 months and 71% plan to make capital improvements. When investing personal savings for business growth, male business owners were more likely than female business owners to invest their personal funds (72% versus 62%).
