According to Clutch’s The State of Employee Business Employee Benefits in 2019, more than half (56%) of small businesses plan to offer new benefits this year. Small businesses most commonly provide health benefits (69%), 401(k) and retirement plans (52%), family leave (48%), and paid time off (PTO) (45%). But 19% are considering offering PTO going forward.
