“Sansdemic” means “without people” or “without enough people.” An American Bar Association article says “sansdemic is a growing demographic drought, projected to continue worsening throughout this century.” The article notes some actions employers can take to address the problem, including shift schedule improvements, better communication with management, and increased overtime levels for hourly workers. #IdeaoftheDay
