During the pandemic, many states and cities required private employers to enforce vaccine mandates by obtaining proof from employees (other than those working remotely of having a medical or religious exemption) that they were vaccinated in order to continue employment. The mandates have almost all disappeared, with New York City ditching theirs effective November 1, 2022. Check your state’s rules. #IdeaoftheDay
