The Department of Labor, in a branding effort to promote apprenticeship programs in the U.S., launched ApprenticeshipUSA. This includes several initiatives designed to unite employers, workers and other stakeholders in the ongoing effort to grow the nation’s Registered Apprenticeship system, which began 85 years ago under the National Apprenticeship Act of 1937.
