Americans “Shop Small” for Good Reasons

A Talker survey found 93% of people rely on small business for events in their lives. Why: 74% do so because certain products or services that are difficult to find elsewhere and 56% said they are better quality. Many like local stores because they like being able to see and touch products before buying and also enjoy socializing with salespeople, owners, and other customers. But shopping small isn’t limited to bricks-and-mortar storefront; 65% also trust small businesses online. #IdeaoftheDay
