AI’s Impact on Small Business

According to the Cox Business 2024 Small Business Survey, two-thirds of small businesses invested in AI last year, and 53% plan to invest even more in 2024. Those investing expect AI to increase profitability, increase productivity, and improve the customer experience. Most small businesses view AI as a tool to increase or retain employees rather than a replacement. And both owners and employees think they have a good grasp on AI (86% of owners and 72% of employees understand it; 85% of owners and 75% of employees are comfortable with it).  #IdeaoftheDay
