Is it real or AI? (Those of you old enough may remember an ad from 1973 featuring Ella Fitzgerald, which asked “Is it Ella or is it Memorex?”—which was a cassette tape.) Use an AI detector, such as AI or NOT (10 checks a month are free; otherwise there are monthly plans), to know whether an image or audio is the real thing or AI-generated. You can also use Google’s Reverse Search to look at images and decide whether they’re real or AI-generated. #IdeaoftheDay
