The SBA’s 2016 profiles for small businesses in every state give you analysis of small business activities. For example, in my state of Florida, there were 2.3 million small businesses, making up 98.9% of all Florida businesses. There was a 36.2% increase in minority ownership. Check the small business activities in your state.
