Today marks the 20th anniversary of the attack on September 11, 2001. A moment of silence begins at 8:46 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), the time of the first plane hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center. It’s worth remembering that the attack in the vicinity of the World Trade Towers forced the closure of about 18,000 small businesses. While many were able to re-open, with the help of grants and other programs from the public and private sectors, many did not. #IdeaoftheDay
