How competitive is the U.S. as compared with other countries when it comes to taxes? The Tax Foundation’s 2018 International Competitiveness Index ranks the U.S. as 24 among 35 countries (better than last year when the U.S. was 30). Estonia ranked number 1; France was number 35.
