That’s what the Global Gender Gap Report 2022 said. The gender gap on a global level stands at 68.1%. Although no country has yet achieved full gender parity, the top economies have closed at least 80% of their gender gaps, including Iceland (90.8%), Finland (86%), Norway (84.5%), and Sweden (82.2%). Overall, North America is the most advanced region in terms of closing the gender gap.
